About Michelle Ford
I’m an interviewer, broadcaster, podcast host and live event host with a love of good conversation - and the stories behind familiar faces.
On my podcast, Michelle Ford Interviews, I sit down with celebrities and inspiring guests to explore their lives, successes, setbacks and turning points. Expect honest reflections, unexpected revelations and plenty of laughter.
I also present Book Club on Brooklands Radio, chatting with bestselling authors about their books and the stories behind them. These conversations reach listeners and viewers through bonus podcast episodes and my YouTube channel.
Beyond the studio, I host live interviews, panel discussions and events, bringing warmth, curiosity and thoughtful preparation to the stage.
With more than 20 years of voiceover experience, I’ve spent much of my working life behind a microphone. What I love most is helping people feel comfortable enough to share something meaningful - and giving audiences a conversation to remember.
How it all began
Michelle Ford Interviews began life as Two Women Chatting, a podcast I created with my friend Liz Copping after a chance meeting as neighbours.
Both navigating an empty nest, we discovered a shared love of laughter, honest conversation and finding new purpose. With encouragement from our children, we turned those conversations into a podcast in 2022.
After six seasons together, Liz stepped away to enjoy more time with her family, and I continued as solo host. As the guests and subjects broadened, the podcast evolved into Michelle Ford Interviews.
That original spirit remains: curiosity, connection and conversations that make us feel a little less alone.
Bringing conversations to the stage
From celebrity interviews to literary panels, I love creating conversations that draw an audience in.
Recent hosting includes Women Who Rise at The Westin London City, the Neurodiversity Stage at Pause Live, and author panels at Only Murders in the Library at Basingstoke Discovery Centre.
